Reviews and Ratings
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious with a nice sitting area but a bit too warm and hard to regulate the temperature. The huge bathroom with a tub was a real treat. The service was top-notch, with brilliant and very friendly staff, although there were some odd glances received when struggling with the booking system. The location was superb, conveniently close to the train station and the Old Town, making it easy to explore. As for the dining experience, it was a mix of styles, but a bit challenging to find a table at times. Overall, a great value for the money with plenty of positive aspects to enjoy.
The hotel rooms were not as expected for a 4-star hotel, but the service was excellent. The location was great, and the dining experience was outstanding. The facilities met my needs.
The hotel rooms were clean and big as expected, but the overall experience was a disaster due to uninviting decor, a cracked toilet, and damaged furniture. The small bar area, desk, and run-down chairs were not ideal. The service was hospitable, but some improvements in attention to detail are needed. The location was convenient for work visits and exploring the city, but the interior planning was lacking. The dining was decent, but not high quality and a bit overpriced. The hotel facilities need some upgrading.
My stay at the hotel was lovely. The rooms were beautiful, quiet, and with a little improvisation, suitable for a disabled member of our party. The supporting staff were excellent, although there were some minor issues. The location was convenient with easy access to public transportation for exploring the city.
I found the hotel to be conveniently located close to downtown Heidelberg with friendly and helpful staff. The room, although a bit dark, was surprisingly spacious and well soundproofed. However, some spots on the curtains were a small downside. The dining experience was impressive with a wide selection, but the high cost of 24 Euro felt a bit overpriced. Overall, the value for money was fair considering the amenities offered.
I arrived at the hotel well before official check-in time and was pleasantly surprised to find my room ready. The room was huge, and the breakfast spread was very good. It suited my business needs perfectly, and the rooms were clean and of a decent size. The hotel provides good value for money.
